At TekTrek we charge a flat hourly rate for on-site service.
Hours are calculated in fifteen minute increments.
We do not charge for travel time, however there is a one-hour minimum charge for on-site service.
Pickup and delivery is available for an additional charge.
Drop offs are accepted only by calling ahead to arrange for a mutually agreeable drop-off time.
Unscheduled drop-offs are not accepted.
Hourly rates are the same for on-site service versus drop-off service.
However, for some services such as software installation or operating system recovery we may
charge less for in-house service versus on-site service. Our typical service call runs from one to two hours.
Fixed bids and/or pricing is available for well defined projects or specific service requests.
