One of the first computers, the Mark I, contained 750,000 components and weighed 5 tons.
Grace Hooper worked on the Mark I and discovered the first computer “bug” when she found
a moth that had flown into a mechanical relay causing it to malfunction. Imagine troubleshooting
that problem! When you don’t know what the problem is call us. Whether its hardware or
software related we can usually help. There is no such thing as a dumb question! We
know a lot but we don't know it all. If we can’t figure it out we will be up front and honest about it.
Many times it is simply easier to replace a part than to spend hours trying to solve a problem.
This is when our experience can really make a difference.
